Small-scale production requires a closer relationship with our customers, which is a fundamental pillar of our business.

• We provide complete transparency regarding our stock and production times. This is why we have established an estimated delivery time, with the hope of continually improving it and anticipating it when conditions allow.

• We adhere to rigorous quality standards. All our products undergo rigorous quality control, from artisanal creation to packaging. However, some small imperfections may go unnoticed. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we invite you to send us proofs, and if the defect is found, we will be happy to replace it!

• Once the defect is received, inspected, and approved, you will be promptly notified, and a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products: indeed, by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereafter "General Terms and Conditions") govern the sale of Watch Winders and related accessories to the final Consumer  (hereafter referred to as "Customers" or "Customer") of the MAURIZIO TIME  (hereafter "Products")  produced and marketed by  Laura Bernardi (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor" or "We" or "Us") through the designated website www.mauriziotime.com  (hereafter the "Site"), following the procedures set out therein.

2. HOW TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE VENDOR

2.1. To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on mauriziotime.com, you must fill out the online order form and send it electronically to the Vendor, following the relevant instructions.

The order form contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping, and delivery costs.

2.3. A contract comes into existence when a customer orders one or more of our products via this website and receives an e-mail confirmation of the order.

2.4. The order form will be filed in our database for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section called My Account.

2.5. Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.

2.6. After your order form has been submitted, the Vendor will process your order.

2.7. The Vendor may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no available. In the above cases, the Vendor shall inform you at the order confirmation that the contract has not been executed and that the Vendor has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. If the products displayed on mauriziotime.com are no longer available at the time of your last access and once the Vendor has received your order form, the Vendor shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within thirty (30) days from the day after Vendor has received your order. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, the Vendor will refund the amount paid for those items.

2.8. By submitting an order form to and making a contract with the Vendor, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on mauriziotime.com.

2.9. By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further conditions contained on mauriziotime.com, even through links, including  Privacy Policy.

2.10. Upon submission of an order form and acceptance of the same by the Vendor, the Vendor shall send you a purchase order confirmation by e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (the products' main characteristics, detailed information on the price, terms of payment, and shipping costs).

3. GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION

3.1. On our website, we offer only our handcrafted products.

​

3.2. The Vendor does not sell flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

3.3. The main characteristics of products are shown on mauriziotime.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on mauriziotime.com may not exactly correspond to the real products in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

3.4. Prices are subject to change and will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Check the final price of the sale before sending the relevant order form.

3.5. Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which the Vendor cannot ship, will be automatically canceled.

3.6. All Products sold by our website will be delivered in their original packaging. When trying on the products you should not damage the original packaging of the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

As a consumer, you are entitled to various statutory warranties including a warranty that the products supplied to you conform with your contract with us. In particular, if a product sold by the Vendor has manufacturing defects or in any case of alleged lack of conformity of the products sold by the Vendor, the Consumer must immediately contact our Customer Care by email: info@mauriziotime.com.

3.7.  All the items are guaranteed for 24 months after the purchase date against every defect of fabrication.

In the case of a defective item, its guarantee consists in the exchanging or repair of it. The damages caused by bad use and item tampered are not guaranteed. In this case we declare no responsibility for direct or indirect damages due to this behavior. And there are no responsibilities for direct or indirect damages to persons or things due to bad working of the product.

4. PAYMENT METHOD

4.2. Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

​ SHIPPING POLICY

The Processing Time for the shipment of the ready products will take place in 15 working days, instead the shipment for the products to be made or customized will change according to each product,  however, shipping will relate to the production times.

The Shipping Costs are always paid by the customer.  We have selected fast couriers such as FedEx, TNT, Italian Poste, with good service both for deliveries in national and international land, in order to assure the best quality service.

Delivery Time of the Courier for a standard shipment normally lasts 1/5 working days,  unless indicated otherwise in the product information or on the website in question. Before finalizing the order it is possible to calculate the shipping costs. 

The Processing Time for the shipment is an indication only. The Processing Time for the shipment shall never be considered a deadline, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

DELIVERY POLICY

At the delivery, the customer will verify the integrity of the packaging, in particular, that it will not open, wet, damaged, or somehow tampered. For any problem, you must always sign with reservation to contest the damage, describing the reason directly in the delivery document. We remind you that, in case of signature without the objection of obvious damage, the courier is exonerated from any liability for damage occurred during transport.

MAURIZIO TIME is discharged from the responsibility with respect to the purchaser, in case of missed, delayed, or partial delivery, due to circumstances beyond one's control, fortuitous case, and anyway in the cases ascribable to the courier responsibility.

At the package delivery, in case of the absence of the customer, the courier will leave advice with the indications for the next delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

​

7.1. The sales of items through the Internet are controlled by the law - legislative decree n°185 dated May 22nd, 1999, that rules the information about these types of contracts on-line.

7.2. This norm lays down the right of withdrawal, that is to say the possibility for consumers to return the item and to obtain a refund of it.

This right is only reserved to individuals (consumers) and it can not be exercised from a legal person and from individuals who act with purposes related to their professional activity.

7.3. The customer has the right of withdrawal on the contract, without any penalty, within 14 business days from the reception of the items.

7.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may send by a registered letter with a form of acknowledgment of receipt to Laura Bernardi, Street Carlo Goldoni 24 , Bassano del Grappa (36061) –Italy, the communication of withdrawal, setting out the description, and the quantity of the items that you want to return. (This communication may be previously sent by e-mail at info@mauriziotime.com).

7.5. The costs of the product return are totally chargeable to the customer, who for that reason could choose if he thinks fit, the more suitable means.

​7.6.  We will refuse any items returned for what the customer has not already paid the costs of return.

 

7.7. The right of withdrawal totally decays if the returned item is not complete, that is to say:

• lack of original packaging;

• lack of important parts of the item (accessories);

• damage of the item due to other causes than the transport;

• item tampered.

As the items will be valued in their integrity, we will refund the value of the returned items as soon as possible: the refund will be made within 30 days since the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on distance contracts (Consumer Code) - and specifically “Capo I, Titolo III of Part III - and by Italian legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.

10. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on mauriziotime.com and shall therefore apply to orders submitted after that date.
