RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. We do not charge any restocking fees.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may send by a registered letter with a form of acknowledgment of receipt to:

The communication of withdrawal, setting out the description, and the quantity of the items that you want to return.

During this term, the customer shall treat the product and packaging with care.

The return shipping and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer. Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you. You can ship the product back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice.

Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.

The right of withdrawal totally decays if the returned item is not complete, that is to say:

• lack of original packaging;

• lack of important parts of the item (accessories);

• damage of the item due to other causes than the transport;

• item tampered.

As the items will be valued in their integrity, we will refund the value of the returned items as soon as possible: the refund will be made within 30 days since the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

SHIPPING

We ship in more than 30 countries around the world: you can select your shipping destination while you browse or at checkout. Orders are shipped from Italy, directly from our artisan’s workshop. We are safely and securely delivered to your home with the best shipping carriers. All shipments are insured for the whole value of the product. 

Shipping times are clearly displayed on each product page, while final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Customers in the EU, do not have to worry about duties. Orders shipped outside these countries may be subject to duties.

We only offer products made by us, almost all manufacturing processes are followed by our highly qualified craftsmen, for some small processes we work with select italian artisans/companies.

Most of the products you see online are ready to ship.

Others will be crafted specifically for you. The preparation time will be clearly stated in the product page. At checkout, we accept most credit cards, Pay Pal and Klarna.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. In the Account section of the site, you will always find a summary of your order history.
